Born in Santiago, Chile, and based in Los Angeles, Ingrid Hartowicz Fuentes is a global makeup artist with more than twenty-five years of experience spanning film, television, advertising, and beauty.
Ingrid is a member of IATSE Local 706, the Make-Up Artists & Hair Stylists Guild, and the Television Academy (Academy of Television Arts & Sciences).
Her career has taken her beyond Los Angeles to New York and across American, European, and Latin American productions, shaping an international perspective informed by diverse cultures and visual traditions.
Rooted in the visual language of film and television, Ingrid’s approach to makeup reflects a broader artistic sensibility—one attentive to art, light, movement, character, and the individuality of the human face.

Among the formative influences in Ingrid’s artistic life was her husband, Polish cinematographer Irek Hartowicz, her life partner and one of her most significant mentors. Their shared connection to cinema and visual storytelling helped shape the perspective Ingrid continues to bring to her work today.
